At Sherbrooke Foundation, we believe every person at every age has something important to give. Join us in supporting full, abundant life for Elders!

Sherbrooke Foundation exists to serve Sherbrooke Community Centre, Veterans Village, and Central Haven, providing funding support for life-affirming initiatives. The Foundation works with philanthropists to support enhancements, equipment needs, and programming for our homes.

Together, we strive to create an inclusive and vibrant community for every person to enjoy purpose, connection, empowerment, beauty, and possibility, regardless of age or changing abilities. We are leading proponents of the innovative Eden Alternative® philosophy that advocates for the well-being of the whole person, and this philosophy guides our relationships with our diverse community members, and creates warm, non-institutional homes.

Elders in our homes benefit from opportunities like occupational, physical, and music therapy, art studio and greenhouse programs, veterans' services, spiritual and cultural supports, friendships with resident pets, and an integrated public-school classroom and day care. We offer adventures for Elders ranging from adaptive downhill skiing to chair yoga to volunteering.
