The Dollywood Foundation of Canada is a charitable organization dedicated to fostering a love of reading and improving literacy rates among children. It operates as part of Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library, a global initiative founded by the renowned entertainer and philanthropist Dolly Parton. The foundation’s primary mission is to provide free, high-quality, age-appropriate books to children from birth to age five, regardless of their family’s income. By mailing a new book each month directly to the child’s home, the program aims to inspire a passion for reading, enhance early childhood education, and strengthen family bonds through shared reading experiences.

The Dollywood Foundation of Canada collaborates with local partners, sponsors, and community organizations to expand the Imagination Library's reach across Canada, ensuring more children have access to the resources they need to develop critical literacy skills and unlock their full potential. Through its efforts, the foundation seeks to empower children, enrich communities, and create a brighter future for generations to come.
